This unusual, rare Côtes de Nuit white shows hints of spice that accompany flinty, citrus aromas. A blend of 90% Chardonnay, the remainder Pinot Blanc, this wine derives from an eight-acre organically tended vineyard planted in the 1990s.

Beurré Bosc Pears lush, ripe and golden delicious apples coat the palate and mingle with lovely minerals, all coming together with beautifully balanced acidity to make this a superb wine for all occasions.

Fresh with acidity and replete with stone fruit, minerals and citrus, this unusually complex white are bottled without filtration, allowing for an unusually authentic expression of its terroir.
