Refund policy

Online Order Cancellation Not Shipped:
We are not licensed to ship to the USA, UK, CA. You will be responsible for paying for your own online orders handling costs for cancellation of your orders that can't be shipped.
Online orders handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of online ordering non-shipped will be deducted from your refund.
Returns :
Our policy lasts 1 day. If 1 day have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Wine Orders:
If you return part of your wine order after it has been delivered to a villa, yacht or party restaurant venue in St Barth's, a 45% Restocking fee will be applied before a refund is issued. Once your return is received and inspected in our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less 20% Handling and the 45% Restocking fee, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged, Flawed Wines:
We will not refund your cost for any bottle of wine with damaged labels due to storage or chilling conditions that were purchased with St Barth’s Wine. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as Champagne, Food, Soda, Water, or Spirits cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the delivery of St Barth's Wine Delivery Services. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@stbarthswine.com
Storage :
We will store your wine purchases with St Barth's Wine for 3 months only in Saint Barthelemy French West Indies. After that, a 45% Restocking Fee will be applied before a refund is issued.
