Bouzeron Les Trois is a blend of 3 plots: “Les Clous”, “La Tournelle”, “Les Cordères”. The Bouzeron appellation was recognized in its own right in 1997 within the Villages de Bourgogne appellations, the AOP honors the grape variety that made it famous: Aligoté. 

The first vines were planted by the monks of Cluny Abbey in the 6th century, even though the village has existed since Antiquity. The name of Bouzeron comes from “Boserontis Villa”, which suggests that a Gallo–Roman was established there.

It receives a racy minerality from the white Oxfordian marls under the vineyards, which happily combines with nuances of fruit and flowers.

This wine is supple and consistent with texture and chiseled, alert liveliness. It drinks beautifully in its youth but also develops wonderful complexity as it ages. A real gourmet wine!
