The Salon House is exceptional in every way. It only produces one cuvée, only during the great years. A cuvée made from a single grape variety, Chardonnay.

This champagne comes from the one-hectare plot, "le Jardin de Salon", and nineteen other small plots of Mesnil-sur-Oger, selected by Aimé Salon at the beginning of the 20th century. The wines are kept in the cellar for an average of ten years before revealing their complexity and finesse.

From the moment it opens, Salon 2015 enchants all the senses. The shimmering gold of its robe is iridescent with green and silver reflections.

The graceful and stimulating effervescence of its fine bubbles reveals a precise and delicate bouquet, blending notes of white flowers, scents of linden and honeysuckle, with the omnipresent chalk that runs through each aroma.

Its generous and lively texture brings a perfect balance to its saline and bright freshness, evoking the quintessence of the terroir.
