Rock Angel is made from grapes grown in the Château d’Esclans vineyard, is a blend of Grenache, Rolle and Tibouren. It is made entirely from free-run juice which is partially vinified in demi-muids as well as stainless steel with a temperature-controlled maceration. 

This new bottling by one of our favorite rosé producers, In classic Provençal style, bursts with dried herbal aromas along with tart watermelon, peach, and red berry notes. These aromas follow through on the palate with matching flavors that will thrill your taste buds. The body is light and elegant, but packs in a lot of complexity and flavor. " Rock Angel " is a very appropriate name for this fantastic wine.
