Appearance: Bright, luminous pale gold to pale yellow with brilliant reflections, showing excellent grape maturity.
Nose: Fine, precise, and complex. It features delicate primary aromas of white acacia flowers, citrus (lime, lemon), and ripe stone fruits (peach, apple). Subtle mineral undertones and a soft touch of butter are also present.
Palate: Ample, generous, and round with a comforting, melt-in-the-mouth creaminess. The richness is beautifully counterbalanced by an elegant, lively freshness and structured acidity.
Finish: Long, persistent, and smooth, leaving a lingering trail of soft minerality.
