Cà del Bosco's story started in 1964 when Annamaria Clementi Zanella purchased a small house surrounded by chestnut and oak woods in Erbusco, Lombardy. Her son, Maurizio Zanella, later transformed it into a pioneering winemaking estate.
While Franciacorta is globally renowned for sparkling wines, Cà del Bosco challenged regional norms by attempting a still, single-varietal Pinot Noir.
• The Pinéro first produced in 1983, Pinéro was created to test whether the glacial, mineral-rich soils and microclimate of the region could tame the notoriously difficult Pinot Nero grape
