Martell Cordon Bleu Extra Old Cognac Single Distillery - France

St Barth’s Wine

The XO range is complemented by a unique cognac, the Martell Cordon Bleu, whose superb complexity and rich aromas make it a real cognac of exception. Marked by the influence of the Borderies, this caramelized blend spreads the delicacy of sweet spices, gingerbread and roasted cocoa beans. Created by Édouard Martell in 1912, Martell Cordon Bleu is recognized worldwide and becomes the cognac of true connoisseurs. Its unique taste, which is characterized by the influence given by Eaux-de-vie Borderies, as well as its timeless bottle makes it a reference in the world of cognac.

Fruity and spicy notes. An elegance linked to its aromatic richness. A dark golden copper dress. Orchard fruit: apples and candied plums. Roasted notes: mocha coffee, toasted almonds and vetiver. A feeling of roundness and softness.
A good length on the palate marked by fruity and spicy notes. The preponderance of Borderie eaux-de-vie gives Martell Cordon Bleu an elegant, versatile and complex personality.
