Nose the bouquet of this expressive rosé opens with generous aromas of raspberries, to which fragrant notes of violet are quickly added, then green and leafy nuances, such as angelica.
On the palate , the acid-base characteristic of this vintage articulates the structure of the Pinot and makes the heart of the wine vibrate. Flavors develop to a lingering finish of peony and white pepper.
