In the Middle Ages, Laudemio was the name of the best part of the harvest, destined for the lord’s table. Today, the Laudemio Frescobaldi represents the highest extra virgin olive oil expression. Across its estates, the Frescobaldi family owns approximately 300 hectares (741 acres) of olive groves. Frescobaldi makes a rigid selection and only the finest extra virgin olive oil is selected to become Laudemio.
A unique emerald-green and powerful extra virgin olive oil, with mown grass and artichoke perfumes, and a very intense and typically spicy flavor, naturally rich in polyphenols and fragrant aromatic substances.
