Aperol, 3 parts
Prosecco Santa Margherita, 2 parts
San Pellegrino,1 part
over ice with an orange twist

After inheriting the factory from their father Giuseppe in 1912, the brothers Luigi and Silvio Barbieri worked for seven long years until they obtained the exceptional liqueur in the emblematic orange color, Aperol

It was at the end of the First World War that it took off in Italy before becoming the n° 1 Italian aperitif in the whole world.

Aperol's unique flavor and flamboyant orange color are achieved through a subtle blend of bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb and an array of herbs and roots using a secret recipe that has been unchanged since its first creation in 1919.

Nose, delicate and aromatic
The palate entry is delightfully citrusy and sweet; the midpalate phase offers just enough herbal bitterness to balance.
Sophisticated and delightful aromas of tangerine, rhubarb and gentian as well as many other aromatic herbs which give it its inimitable taste. Ends up refreshing, orangey sweet and delectably herbal.
