The origins of Château Ormes de Pez date back to the middle of the 18th century. Located on the limits of the hamlet of Pez, to the west of the commune of Saint-Estèphe, the estate owes its name to a magnificent grove of elm trees, which have now disappeared. With Château Lynch-Bages in 1939, this is the second property acquired by the Cazes family in the 1930s.

An authentic expression of its terroir, Château Ormes de Pez is a harmonious, spicy and distinguished wine. It seduces enthusiasts with its opulence and roundness. It is a fleshy wine with powerful tannins and a smooth finish.

Blend:  41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot 

Intense and expressive, the nose offers notes of black and red fruits. On the palate, the palate seduces with its richness and deliciousness, displaying a beautiful tannic structure. Persistent, the finish ends with beautiful liquorice notes.
