The Château Ormes de Pez is a Cru Bourgeois vineyards of Saint-Estèphe. With an area of 35 hectares, the realized wine offers a complex taste thanks to the soil, with Garonne River gravel. The harvests are manual and the sort is performed selectively directly on the vine.
The blend is made of Cabernet Sauvignon 41%, Merlot 50%, Cabernet Franc 7% and Petit Verdot 2%
Intense color, almost ink. The nose is talkative, although dense and not revealing all its aromatic potential at this stage on ample black fruits and a beautiful aromatic freshness.
On the palate, the wine is solid on its structure made up of tannins with a beautiful sap but already well integrated into the fruity matter, not without a velvety impression at the end of the mouth. The wine has weight and length.
