New Bottle Château Minuty 281 was created by Malherbe Design. Called 281, as the color Pantone who wears this number, the new vintage of Cru Classé Château de Provence Minuty celebrates the coming of age of a domain plots selection and will be produced than in the great vintages only, in very small volumes.
It is with the grapes of the vintage 2014 that Jean-Etienne and François Matton presented their new wine to the amateurs, a rosé based on six parcels of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault carefully worked for twenty years and whose assembly is the fruit of a careful selection. With 95% Grenache and vineyards 25 years old. They wanted this wine, which they hold so dear, is a concentrate of Provence.
Blend: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault
The pale hue with translucent reflections.The strong intensity with beautiful complexity and an aromatic fineness of white fruit, peach, and melon, are accentuated by iodine notes.
Great depth with a mineral structure. From the blue sky and sea, as winds and sea currents, influence the wines, says Jean-Etienne Matton.
