Castel's C Blanc is a kosher white wine from Castel, made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
Using French oak barrels, the wine is fermented and then aged in its residual sugars for approximately one year, in the Burgundy style.
Rich, buttery bouquet and refreshing acidity; it has a round, full flavor with hints of citrus, tropical fruit, and toasted almonds.
Well-balanced wine with a beautiful, lingering finish. It reaches its peak approximately four years after harvest, and the recommended serving temperature is 12-14 degrees Celsius.
