Yamazaki, 12 years old, is a Single Malt Whiskey made by the oldest distillery in Japan . An elegant, subtle nose with citrus fruits (grapefruit, candied orange, etc.), vanilla and, in the discreet background, Mizunara oak . The palate is incredibly smooth silky, with flavors of coconut, butter, almond milk... The finish is more spicy, fresh, and herbaceous, with notes of cinnamon and ginger.
