Shijiro Torii is the founder of one of the largest beverage groups with two distilleries in Japan. Hibiki Harmony is a tribute to the first blend from the Suntory group, Nipon teachers' expert in distillate.

A blend comprising more than twelve malts and grains from three different distilleries (Hakushu, Yamazaki and Chita), which have been aged in American oak, mizunara and Sherry. A blended whiskey premium blend whiskeys between 17 and 21 years old were used to prepare the first Hibiki blend.

A pleasant whiskey aroma of strawberries, cherry and mizunara on the palate which shows a fruity taste of raspberry, white peach with a hint of coconut, a finish with notes of pure sweet vanilla with hints of cinnamon.
