The wines of El Enemigo are meant to give a flavour of Argentina’s wine history while at the same time pushing new boundaries. Although wine has been in Argentina for centuries, it is only comparatively recently that their wines have reached the same quality levels as the Old World.

The 2019 Gran Enemigo Gualtallary Single Vineyard didn't show any heat or excess ripeness from a warm and dry year. On the contrary, it's austere and has citrus acidity, with great freshness and minerality. 

Grape:  85% Cabernet franc, 15% Malbec

The aromas of plum, blueberry and floral notes predominate, as well as aromatic plants such as rose, lavender and sandalwood.

Austere, with nice acidity, great freshness and minerality. Very fine and limey tannins, and long finish with a salty touch.
