Launched in the 1950s by Michel and Georges Pithois, the Cuvée Royale Brut Blanc de Blancs was one of the first 100% Chardonnay champagnes launched on the Champagne market.
Grape : Chardonnay 100%
To the eye, the color is a brilliant pale yellow with delicate green hues.
On the nose, the first nose is floral, followed by notes of apricot and mirabelle plum.
The palate is lively, full-bodied, and fresh, with a lovely acidic flavor of squeezed citrus fruit.
