The grapes were harvested by hand, sorted and destalked, followed by 21 days of fermentation on the skins; after malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine was matured for 14 months in French oak barriques and a few months in the bottle. Mighty and impenetrable, this is a wine destined for extended ageing.

Grape Variety: 100% Syrah

Aroma Nose: Sweet oriental spices, toasted cocoa, sun-ripened black fruits (blackberries, blueberries, and cassis), cloves, rosemary, and wintery notes of leather and humus.
Palate Taste: Enveloping and velvet-like texture with a full, pulpy, and rich body.
Finish: Long and persistent with notes of mint, black pepper, cinnamon, and a touch of mineral clay.

No Shipping to the US

No Additional Tax

Free Delivery on St Barths
