Produced by the Asahara family brewery, which was founded in 1882, this saké is a nakadori junmaï. This means that no alcohol has been added (junmaï) and that only the core of the pressing is used (nakadori)
His nose is lively and delicately iodized. It has a nice balance in the mouth, between flexibility and minerality. Notes of dried fruits on a pure, fresh and enveloping finish.
