This unique champagne is a three-tiered blend of 40% 2003 chardonnay and pinot noir wines; 40% 2002, 2000 and 1998 Grand Vintage still wines; and 20% 1999, 1998 and 1993 Grand Vintage champagnes.
Once blended together, these components underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle and were aged an average of 10 years – resting for one further year before disgorgement.
