The Domaine takes its roots in Morogues, a village at the far eastern end of the Loire Valley, neighboring Sancerre appellations. A blend of 7 parcels from the highest slopes of the appellation. This location, cool yet sunny climate, this soil, Kimmeridgian marl, gives this wine a subtle pure nose with aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits.
Purity and subtlety on the nose, with delicate aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits.
The palate is crystalline, racy, all in length with hints of citrus fruit at first, then saline and mineral.
A pure expression of the terroir, clean and precise which will highlight a beautiful sole meunière for example.
