Capriccio is an espresso with a harmonious bouquet with fine acidity and a very characteristic aromatic cereal note. It is composed of Arabicas from South America, particularly from Brazil, ideally dosed, and a touch of lightly roasted Robusta.
The presence of Arabicas from South America, grown at high altitude, gives this blend a fine acidity, balanced by the right dosage of Arabica from Brazil and a touch of Robusta.
The light roasting of this blend creates a rich character and preserves light acidity. A typical cereal note is balanced with light acidity.
