The name SoloSole, meaning " Just Sunshine ", derives from the fact that the wine is essentially a direct result of work undertaken in the vineyards and the ripening sun. A 100% Corsican clone Vermentino.
Bright straw yellow in color, with a substantial consistency. Solosole is characterized by a vibrant freshness, which is delicate and balanced.
The aromas are both floral, white flowers and acacia and fruity, yellow and tropical. The acidity is crisp and there is a nice creaminess on the mid-palate, which makes for a full, rounded mouthfeel.
