Round, fruity and satisfying on the palate, the Pinot Noir of the "Les Côtilles" line of Domaine Roux comes from a vinification in steel only of grapes selected from the best vineyards of the estate, with the intention of creating a rich wine, authentic and expressive.
It is a Vin de France of great personality, adhering to both the terroir and the grape variety, enhanced by aging for 7-8 months in stainless steel vats stored in the cellars of the Estate.
Bright ruby red to the eye, the nose offers pleasant notes of cherries, raspberries, strawberries and blueberries, followed by more complex notes of licorice and hazelnut.
On the palate, it is light and balanced, with a fresh and direct taste, with ripe tannins well integrated into the fruity texture.
