As of this year, the Saint-Véran “La Bonnode” in an “Oeuf” (Egg) version. The grape juice fermented naturally in ovoid concrete vats of 19 hl for a year, without sulfur, then once racked in August, it was put back in mass on its lees in stainless steel vats. It will finish its aging for bottling without filtration in January 2020.
The Chardonnays in Saint-Véran are real nuggets; both expressive, complex and very fresh. A magnificent pure juice, airy.
The dress: golden with light green reflections
The nose: on the fruit (green apple) with slight notes of citrus and white flowers
Mouth: frank attack, the mouth is lively, greedy and mineral, the end of the mouth is long and perfectly balanced.
