A great Man from Chablis and a lawyer passionate about his best terroirs, William Fèvre had fought hard for a strict definition of the appellation, before burying himself in his vinification in new wood.
The estate was taken over by the house of Bouchard and the very competent director, Bernard Hervet, imposed his thoroughness and his passion without compromise. Stéphane Follin-Arbelet continues on this path. With an area of more than 45 hectares, more than half of which is Premier Cru (12 ha) and Grand Cru (15 ha), William Fèvre exploits some of the most beautiful places in the Chablis vineyards.
