Harvest is carried out by a belt, thus avoiding the deterioration of the berries, then carefully sorted and destemmed. Berries gently pressed thanks to inert pneumatic presses, thus avoiding oxidation. Cold stabilization of the must between 5 and 10 days, then settling to obtain clear juices. 40% fermentation of the juices in 18 hl wooden vats and the rest in stainless steel vats, in order to give this wine great complexity. Controlled temperatures throughout the alcoholic fermentation, in order to optimize aromatic expression. Aging on lees with stirring.
Presented in an exceptional bottle called "la cuvée des sacres", the wines obtained are of finesse and complexity rivaling the greatest wines of France.

Color, Of a light salmon pink, the color is limpid and brilliant.
Nose, Aromas of spices, exotic fruits and lychees.
Palate, with notes of exotic fruits, is characterized by great complexity underlined by hints of grapefruit notes and by beautiful acidity.
