The estates of Elena Walch overlook Lake Caldaro and is located in the former Jesuit monastery, owned by the Walch family since 1869. Their beautiful location is a major contributor to the high quality of the wines produced here. Chardonnay Riserva Castel Ringberg presents itself in fresh golden yellow. The bouquet is characterized by a wide variety of aromas: exotic fruits, discreet notes of vanilla and light toast aromas.
On the palate, the wine convinces with its elegant structure, its dry straightforwardness and its fresh, juicy mineral vein coupled with fullness and harmonic balance as well as a long, stimulatingly fresh finish.
