The Côte-Rôtie "La Turque" ( The Turkish ) is one of the flagships of Domaine GUIGAL. Powerful wine with spicy notes, its brown coast terroir with blonde accents endows it with great elegance.
Grape Variety: 93% Syrah, 7% Viognier.
Visual: Ruby red color with dark reflections.
Olfactory: Red berries, morello cherry, blackberry. Powerful and elegant aromatic intensity.
Gustative: Quite supple entry in the mouth and beautiful harmony between the suppleness, the concentration of the wine and the finesse of the tannins chosen. Assertive expression of the terroir.
Together: While possessing the virility of the Brown Coast, La Turque has the subtlety and feminine overtones of a blonde.
