This small terroir of 8 hectares in total is divided equally between Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. Located in the middle of the slope on brown calcareous soil, the rainwater never stays very long because the drainage is effective there.
The subtlety of this wine can probably be explained by the presence of the famous marl Pholadomiya Bellona which crosses the Coast but thickens at this place. The grape supply is located on Puligny-Montrachet for a production that does not exceed 800 bottles per year. Soil: Clay and limestone
Iconic wine that reveals its grandeur in a subtle bouquet of white flowers, apple, ripe pear, spices and mineral notes.
On the palate, smooth and intense this wine is of a very nice precision and a remarkably long finish.
