The Château Ormes de Pez is a Cru Bourgeois vineyards of Saint-Estèphe. With an area of 35 hectares, the realized wine offers a complex taste thanks to the soil, with Garonne river gravel. The harvests are manual and the sort is performed selectively directly on the vine. The blend is made of 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.
Intense color, almost ink. The nose is talkative, although dense and not revealing all its aromatic potential at this stage on ample black fruits and a beautiful aromatic freshness.
On the palate, the wine is solid on its structure made up of tannins with a beautiful sap but already well integrated into the fruity matter, not without a velvety impression at the end of the mouth. The wine has weight and length.
