Fruit of a blend of Pinot Noir (42% including 13% red wine), Pinot Meunier (23%) and Chardonnay (35%), Champagne Grand Vintage Rosé 2012 benefits from a maturation time in the cellar of at least 5 years to which is added a minimum of 6 months of rest after disgorging.
Grand Vintage Rosé 2012 presents a beautiful coral pink rose, shimmering with orange reflections highlighting the finesse and persistence of the string of bubbles. Brilliant with freshness, the nose opens with tangy notes of grapefruit and blood orange.
Notes of small red fruits then punctuate the bouquet, revealing aromas of wild strawberries and rhubarb. Softly, the mouth deploys a delicate material endowed with an aerial lightness before revealing a more assertive personality while notes of summer fruits.
