Designated a Premier Cru in the famous 1855 classification, Château Haut-Brion has an unusual history. The first authentic Bordeaux wine château is located on a terroir used for winegrowing since the first-century Gallo-Roman period. The first Bordeaux wine named after its terroir rather than its owner, Château Haut-Brion was the world's first luxury brand in 1521. Thanks to its long history as one of Bordeaux's most prestigious wines, the estate has left its mark on the region for centuries.

This wine has, to the eye, a very dense dress color almost black. On the nose, it exhales an aromatic intensity almost breathtaking.

Find all the complexity that characterizes Château Haut-Brion with empyreumatic notes of smoke, Havana and roasted coffee beans.

The fresh fruit is also part of the whole with particular touches of currant and cherry.

On the palate, presents a dense attack, long and creamy. Powerful and fresh, his mouth is characterized by a certain harmony.

Incredible long persistence aromatic. A vintage that is undoubtedly one of the most successful in this field.  Parker : 100 100
