Agnès Paquet created her estate in 2000 from a plot acquired by her parents in the 1950s and then rented.
This wine comes from the original plot of the estate. A plot of 5ha in one piece, facing south, in the hamlet of Auxey-Duresses in Melin. A place called “Les Hoz” was planted partly in Pinot Noir and partly in Chardonnay.
Dress ruby color.
Nose with aromas of red and black fruits raspberry, black cherry with a floral note.
Palate is tender, well balanced for immediate pleasure. The proximity of the vines of the Volnay appellation makes it a very accessible Pommard in its youth.
