The Domaine was established in 1988 when the parents of Anne-Françoise, Jean and Jeanine Gros of Vosne-Romanée decided to let go of a few parcels of the family Domaine (The Domaine was initially known under the names of Gros-Renaudot, then Louis Gros, and after inheritance, Jean Gros).
A manifestation of elegance and finesse. A brilliant red color, profound aromas of raspberries and wild violets. Lovely fresh red fruits aromas have a pleasant, lifted green note.
The palate is delicious, a typical Chambolle Musigny with delicate red fruit flavors lovely balance and good intensity and length. Very fine tannins and light acidity. The finish has a surprisingly good grip.
