For 10 generations, the family has cultivated vines in the heart of Sancerrois. Farming 2 hectares in 1950, Henri Bourgeois and his sons created a 70-hectare vineyard spread over the best slopes of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. The tradition handed down from father to son watches over respect for the terroir, cultural uses and vinification improved by new viti-vinicultural techniques.
The plot selection, the use of gravity and the multitude of care taken from the maturation of the wines on the lees to the bottling characterize the “Bourgeois” quality with a constant concern for perfection.
Very distinctive, this wine offers a pale color that gives a foretaste of freshness.
On the nose, we feel delicate aromas of white flowers followed by citrus fruits.
In the mouth, this Quincy shows a certain freshness. Lively and round this wine is of a beautiful balance.
