Pinot Noir is the emblematic grape variety of Burgundy; this red wine from Domaine Roux is ideal to begin to appreciate its typicality. The vineyards are located on limestone soil, rich in clay and marl; after the manual harvest, fermentation occurs in steel, followed by around 14-16 months of refining.
Light ruby red, aromas of red fruits, blackberries, plums, on a background of spices and undergrowth.
On the palate, it is round, well-structured and balanced, with lively tannins.
